The 2017 All-Star Invitational Is Coming to Taipei

The final roster for TW/HK/MO players are now revealed! Congratulations to Shen Yuan ”ahqRoger” Lou, Chih Hsun ”ahqWeiFu” Chung, Tzu Jen “Virtual” Chen, Yung He “山下智久” Chen ,and Tzu Jen “Kuonet” Chen as the final five players joining Hearthstone 2017 All-Star Invitational.

• Ticketing information:

Ticket sales for the Hearthstone 2017 All-Star Invitational onsite tournament will begin December 15 at 6:00 PM (GMT+8). Ticket will be NTD$ 800 per day, and will include one gift bag with one limited Hearthstone 2017 All-Star backpack and random Hearthstone merchandises, such as notebook, mouse pad, t-shirt, and lanyard.

Celebrate the holiday season with a touch of Hearthstone esports! The Hearthstone 2017 All-Star Invitational is coming to the Blizzard Estadium in Taipei December 23 and 24. This year’s roster features major stars from all over the world.

The series will be played in a best-of-five single-elimination format, with the quarterfinals on December 23 and the semifinals and finals on December 24. The last player standing will take home the championship title and $20,000 USD.

The tournament will be broadcast live from the Blizzard Estadium, so fans who can’t make it won’t miss out on any of the action!

Epic Rosters for Hearthstone 2017 All-Star Invitational

• Invited players

This year’s Hearthstone All-Star Invitational will bring together world-renowned Hearthstone pro players and tournament champions. With so many top-tier players joining the fray, the defending champion, Jason “JasonZhou” Zhou, will have to pull out his best performance of the year.

• Fan-Voted Players from Home Regions

Home-region players Chun Pong “Yulsic” Ng, Kwo-ping “Pinpingho” Ho, and Chen Wei “tom60229” Lin have been granted seats by winning this year’s Hearthstone Elite Tournament of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau in Seasons 1, 2, and 3. The rest of the five seats will be awarded based on the results of a region-based fan vote taking place December 7–13. Vote to send your favorite regional player to the Hearthstone 2017 All-Star Invitational! The final roster will be announced on December 18.

Format

The Hearthstone 2017 All-Star Invitational will be played in the single-elimination, best-of-five Conquest format (four classes, one ban). All players must submit deck lists no later than December 19 at 11:59 p.m. GMT +8 (To give players more time to prepare for the upcoming All-Star tournament, the deadline for deck list submission will extend from December 15 11:59 PM (GMT+8) to December 19 :59 PM (GMT+8).)

Prizes

1^st place: USD $20,000  

2^nd place: USD $14,000

3^rd and 4^th place: USD $10,000 each

5^th–8^th places: USD $5,000 each

9^th–16^th places: USD$3,000 each
