- Brian Kibler and Dan "Frodan" Chou
- TJ Sanders and Nathan "Admirable" Zamora
- Simon "Sottle" Welch and Alexander "Raven" Baguley
Format
The Summer Championship will have a dual tournament group stage, followed by a single elimination playoff bracket. Groups will consist of four competitors—one from each region. Each match will be best-of-five in the Conquest format with one class ban, so all players need four decks.
Groups will be seeded based on Hearthstone Competitive Points, with the first place player from each region placed in their own group. The groups will then be filled in with the second, third, and fourth place players from each region. No region will be represented more than once in each group.
Prize Pool
The $250,000 Summer Championship prize pool will be divided as follows:
Placement | Prize (USD) | Points |
---|---|---|
1st | $60,000 | 20 |
2nd | $40,000 | 15 |
3rd & 4th | $20,000 | 10 |
5th – 8th | $12,500 | 8 |
9th – 16th | $7,500 | 6 |
Total | $250,000 | 135 |
